Important clarification
 

We would  all want the most we could get when  selling something, but let us  understand how the process works.  When it comes to Electrical equipment, the following lines explain how we can come up to a mutually convenient price

  1. The day the equipment is shipped out from  factory to the end user it losses  20%  of its value, because if  any  manufacturer would ever consider  restocking the merchandise they will charge a minimum of 20%  restocking fee for it.
  2. After  the equipment is Installed it depreciates a t a ratio of 20% per   year , for the first 2 years and 10% every year after  so in three years the equipment has lost 50% of its original value.
  3. For instance  if you purchased a system  at $30,000 three years ago, now is only  worth  $15,000. Or less  to another end user who would be willing to purchase it. Included Within the $ 15,000 price should  be freight, cost of refurbishing , testing, guarantying  the equipment and the corresponding dealer’s  commission
  4. Many times Some  Electrical equipment are not sold in a daily basis so If a dealer purchases equipment  for Inventory the equipment can seat  in the shelf for months even years before is sold, so the Dealer has to absorb  the cost involved with storing  the equipment.
  5. Ideally  50%  of the price of the used unit will cover items 3  and 4
  6. But then being more specific about the age and condition of the unit a better appraised figure will result in each case.


Nevertheless You can obtain more money for your used or surplus equipment by consigning it to us.

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on date between IBUYYOU.COM , herein
referred to as "Seller", and
Whereas wishes to sell:

by consigning said item(s) to ibuyyou for sale, it is understood:

 

That Seller agrees to promote and advertise above listed item(s) thru its regular marketing channels.

That Seller will make every attempt to obtain the best possible price for the consigned merchandise and will accept no less than:

US$ as purchase price.

That for his efforts Seller is entitled to retain 30% of the purchase price as a commission fee.

That should a sale be effectuated, Seller shall forward a check for the amount of the full purchase price less the aforementioned 30%  to Consignee within 10 days of the receipt of same.

That Consignee agrees to either keep the merchandise in a safe and protected environment until the day is sold or to ship the merchandise to the seller for a minimum of 6 months with freight paid by consignee or by seller if agreed.

That should the merchandise remain unsold at the end of the consignment period an election be made by the Consignee to renew the consignment agreement, or to recoup the corresponding items if they are in sellers premises any costs incurred by the delivery of same to Consignee shall be borne by Consignee.
